1 1/2 lbs. pumpkin chopped and sliced 1 med potato peeled and chopped 1 small onion peeled and diced
4 cups stock (beef,chicken vegetable)
Instructions:
1. Put all ingredients together in a heavy based pan or pot.
2. Temp on medium.
3. Boil and turn down heat until it is on a quarter of heat, leave until cooked through.
5. Place in a food processor until smooth.
6. Serve and enjoy.
Helpful Hints:
If you like you could add some extra vegetables. They don't need to be fresh, frozen ones are fine.
