Ingredients

4 cups crumbled corn bread 2 cups plain bread crumbs 3 eggs 3 cups chicken stock 1/2 cup melted butter 1/3 cup diced onion 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sage

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, chicken stock and butter until well blended. 2. Add remaining ingredients until well mixed. 3. Heat oven to 375F and bake in a greased pan for 30 minutes, or stuff into turkey just before roasting. Makes about 8 cups

Makes enough stuffing for 10 to 12-pound turkey.
