1. Peel avocados and remove pits.
2. Chop avacados and place in large mixing bowl.
3. Mash with a fork until smooth, or leave coarsely mashed for "chunky style" guacamole.
4. Stir in lemon juice, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and salt & pepper to taste.
Serve in a festive bowl or party tray with lots of corn chips.
