1. In a small bowl beat eggs, then stir in melted butter, milk and buttermilk. 2. In a separate bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 3. Make well in the middle of dry ingredients and pour in egg and milk mixture, stirring until just blended. 4. Pour out batter onto greased frying pan or grill to make 4-inch pancakes. When bubbles appear, flip to cook on other side. Serve immediately with butter and lots of maple syrup!
