Simple to make, these chocolate-coconuty confections will wow any guest you invite over for a special Easter brunch or dinner, and will add a dash of bright color to your dessert table this holiday season. Enjoy!
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment
paper. Trace six 3-1/2" diameter circles on parchment (for
smaller nests 1 inch circles)
2. Melt chocolate chips in the top of
a double boiler with simmering water. Add vegetable oil and
stir until smooth. Add pretzel sticks and coconut and stir
until well mixed. Cool mixture slightly.
3. Using your hands, shape the mixture
into 6 nests using the outline as a guide. Chill for at least
30 minutes until firm.
4. Fill with jelly beans and place on
a platter of wheat grass for a truly festive look.
